My revenue stream was on the verge of surpassing 5 figures per month and I had built over $70k in online real estate. My dream of obtaining a career that allowed me to work on my own time and anywhere in the world was just around the corner.

I was the cofounder of, a website that rooted itself on building other small sites and earning “passive income”. It seemed like all was going well until one morning, everything changed and I lost it all

The internet marketing world had moved on and I had neglected to follow alongside of it. My income took a dramatic hit and with bills to pay, I was unable to stay self-employed. I had to do the worst thing possible… I had to get another job :'(

Fast forward several months… life carried on and I found myself in a comfortable job. However, the entrepreneur in me would not let go. “Could I have done things differently…what if I did this instead…could I still make it work?” I started to pick apart my past mistakes, examine them, and learn from them.

I ended up back at the drawing board and I started testing some new methods out. Once again I was able to craft my way into achieving an online income stream. It wasn’t much, but I knew I could grow and expand on my ideas.

Fast forward to now… I’m ready to take on the internet marketing giant again, and this time I refuse to fail.

So what’s the plan with the new site?

The purpose of is to keep me accountable, document my journey, and help others learn from business lessons, projects/case studies, and a thriving community. Here is the basic outline for the site:

Site Outline

It’s going to be a lot of work to put this blog together, but I believe that having a blog and a community is a core factor of online success. If you haven’t started your own blog yet, I definitely encourage you to jump on that.

If you have followed along from my old site (, you may be interested to know that I have not given up on building niche sites. Crazy, right? I know!

This time around I’m converting most of my efforts towards authority sites that draw visitors by providing value to them. In the coming days, I will be showing you the methods and resources that I will be using.

I will also be disclosing my monthly income reports. To be honest, my online income right now is nothing to brag about. I wish I could tell you I was rocking it online, making millions, and enjoying a 4 hour work week, but that’s simply not the case. I’ll get into that more in future posts, but in short, I’m not quitting my day job any time soon 🙁

So there you have it.

Now my question to you is…

Have you started your personal blog yet?

If not, what’s keeping you from launching?

I’m excited to hear from you so leave your comments below.
