Getting a Domain and Hosting
Now that you have chosen your keyword, it’s time to get a domain and hosting for your site. You’ll want your domain name to be something that is brandable and easily remembered.
For example, if you’re keyword ended up being “best toothbrush” you might choose a domain such as TheHappyTeeth.com.
Once you’ve chosen a domain head over to BlueHost.com (the web host I highly recommend).
Click on “Get Started Now” and then enter the domain that you’d like to use for your site.
On the next page enter in your personal information.
Skip the Upsells. The only one that you might consider is the Domain Whois Privacy. This option allows you to keep your name from being tied to the URL. Personally I don’t even bother with this.
Finish off with your purchase.
